Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is a singer-songwriter-musician and actress from Ireland. Corr, along with Caroline Sharon and Jim, made their debut as The Corrs' lead singer in the year 1990. Andrea Corr, an Irish musician singer songwriter actor is part of The Corrs. Andrea Corr was awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire was bestowed upon her, as well as being recognized as a member of The Celtic Folk-Pop-Rock group The Corrs. She sings and plays several instruments with the group. Andrea was born in 1991 and began her career as an acting in 1991, then grew into a musical talent and stage artist. She performed the playback in Warner Bros.' 1998 animated feature film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea's studio album of six is complete with two compilation albums, three live albums and the remix album. The charitable work she has done has also been acknowledged. Andrea's husband, a stockbroker, and two children are hers. Andrea's first lesson in music was to master the tin horn. Gerry taught her to play piano. Andrea plays the Ukulele. She spent the teenage years honing her skills. She sang along with her sisters and became the group's leader after lots of rehearsal. Andrea often performed in the school's plays. She attended Dun Lughaidh Convent.
